The Garmin FR60 is a simple device which is water resistant to 50 meters. It is compatible with a heart rate monitor and has a USB stick port. This device is wireless enabled and can be used during training sessions, running and cycling.  It can connect to computers around it through a wireless application. The battery life is long and it uses a coin battery which can be replaced after a year. The FR60 comes in two types; one made for men and the other for women.

The product is light and it comes in an array of colors that are appealing. Its small size makes it suitable to fit on the wrist. The screen bulges outward and the display can be seen clearly. Its wireless ability allows the user to connect with computers for storage and retrieval of information. Its resistance to water helps you to keep track of time without worrying about sweat affecting it.

What I like about this model is that it's so accurate and has a lot of really great features.

Pros:
Cons:
  • Learning Curve
  • Tracking Data is Erased from Watch after Upload

Since the Garmin FR60 is a wireless enabled device, it requires no connecting cable when within the required parameters. It can send data direct to the computer to be stored as you are training or in fitness sessions. This ensures every bit of information needed to be tracked is stored for future analysis. The device can be connected to a foot pod enabling you to know the distance covered and the calories burnt. Your heart beat rate can also be recorded and you can see it during the fitness session.

There are great accessories, like the cadence speed tracker, to use with the Garmin FR60 device. This allows you to track the speed and the distance covered when attached to the rear wheel. This is very useful for a cyclist during training sessions. Not only during cycling, but also during fitness sessions you can fit the cadence on the rear wheel and track your performance.

The Garmin FR60 is designed to be compatible with other ANT+ technologically designed devices. This allows the wireless connection to such devices. Distance and acceleration is also measured by this device.

Both models for male and female are just spectacular.
